  • What is your holiday return policy?

    Go ahead and shop early and get extra time for returns. Purchases made between November 1, 2020, and December 31, 2020, can be returned through January 31, 2021. Items placed with a warranty code or a Pro discount must be in new, unworn condition. Shipping costs are not refunded.

     

    *Please note that during the holiday season, the volume of returns may increase processing time. Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day are holidays, and refunds are not processed on these days.

    Free return shipping is available to the lower 48 states. For orders shipped to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands, please contact us for a return authorization.

    Mask return policy
    For health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened or unopened face masks.

    Return processing time
    It can take 7-10 business days for our warehouse to process your refund, once we receive your return. We’ll send you a confirmation via email when your return has been refunded to the original payment method.

    Items that can't be returned
    Keenfootwear.com is unable process returns of items purchased at another online retailer or store, or donated shoes sent during our Together We Can Help program.

    Can I exchange for another product?
    To ensure the most accurate and fastest processing of your return and replacement order, we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, you can simply return and re-order in two separate transactions. Returns are easy and free! You can generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label through the link below to send your shoes back to us, and then place a new order:

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it takes approximately 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and posted back to the original form of payment. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed as well as when you should expect to see your refund. If you made a purchase using the Sezzle payment option, you will continue to be charged until the return has been fully processed.

  • What is the last day I can purchase from KEEN to have it arrive by Christmas?

    We know you count on KEEN for fast shipping during the holidays. As we take steps to protect the health of our KEEN Family, we’re working hard to ship your order within 1-2 business days.

    Please note that we do expect an increase in online holiday shopping, so we want to remind our fans to shop early for the best selection of sizes and to avoid shipping delays.

    To receive your order in time for Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, here are the shipping cutoff times for different levels of shipping service:

    Standard Shipping: 11:59 p.m., Dec. 14, 2020
    Express Shipping: 11:59 p.m., Dec. 20, 2020
    Rush Shipping: 9 a.m., Dec. 21, 2020

  • My item was a gift, now what?

    We understand that it's not always possible to know where your gift was purchased. If your gift-giver shared the keenfootwear.com order number with you, that will make your return and new purchase easier. Either way, give us a call at 866.676.KEEN(5336) so we can see if we can help you track down the original order and exchange your gift for a different size or style.

    Please note that we are not able to refund/exchange items purchased through independent retailers, or KEEN Pro and warranty purchases. If purchased from another retailer, we recommend reaching out to them.


  • What if I buy a gift and the recipient needs a different size?

    We want everyone to find the right fit, so we are happy to help folks order a different size or style. That process is a lot easier with a keenfootwear.com order number. For orders shipped directly from keenfootwear.com, that information is included on the label that is attached to the package. If you wrap and resend your gift, consider including a copy of the receipt from keenfootwear.com or the order number for easier returns.

  • What is your return timeframe for holiday gift purchases?
